Shipping policy

A majority of fast moving items are held in stock and ready to go so if you order before 12 p.m you are likely to get your item within 7-10 working days. However items that are not fast moving will have to be ordered from the factory, these items are 21 to 30  working days from our warehouse from which we endeavour to dispatch the items either on the same day or the next working day with our normal delivery policy.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. When your order has left our warehouse we will update you again via email with your tracking information.

We send most of our parcels via carriers depending on dimensions, weight and value of the items. So you will be able to go to the relevant service's website enter your tracking number and see the current progress of your package.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation

Before the tracking number provided

    • No charge fee for address changes or order cancellation before we provide you with the tracking number.

    • 10% processing fee will be applied for order cancellation or address modification after the tracking number was provided, but not pick up by carriers.

After the tracking number provided

    • 20% processing fee will be applied for order cancellation or address changes after the tracking number was provided.

    • 20% restocking fee will be charged if you reject the package.
